A critical part of the IRM installation is obtaining a security certificate from a Certificate Authority. As part of this process, the property generates a text file from the IRM Bridge Server that includes the property name, address, and other critical information. RDP has found that certain Certificate Authorities do not accept these text files with the following characters:
! @ # $ % ^ * ( ) ~ ? > < & / \ , . " '
The following error is generated if the Certificate Authority receives a text file with one of the above characters:
Error: "Invalid X.500 name attribute key"
Resolve this error by re-submitting the Certificate Authority text file without any of the above characters.
