Generate Weeks From Contracts

Generate Weeks from Contracts

Automatically generate weeks based on contracts when the system has the Use Timeshare Contract File to Create Weeks checkbox checked in Timeshare Configuration each year so existing contracts in the system get weeks added based on the new year.

All generated weeks are based on current year contracts, any future years based on the Future Years to Update Weeks, Reservations, and Cross Reference Files from the Contracts setting, and any active contracts added since any previous automatic generation.

This process automatically increases the Do Not Allow Reservations to be Made Beyond (date) setting by one year at the beginning of each new year.
