Expire Banked Timeshare Weeks

When owners are unable to use a week, the week can be banked or saved with the property for use at a later time. Banked weeks expire after a certain length of time but do provide added flexibility for owners.  Select either to expire by date or by number of banked months as the parameter for expiring the weeks and click the Process button.  To undo any expiration of a single week, see Week Maintenance.

Expire All Banked Weeks Prior to (Date)

Select a date from the calendar function to set the parameter for which to expire the banked weeks.  When Process is clicked, all weeks banked prior to the selected date are marked as expired (Expired checkbox on Week Maintenance screen is checked).

Expire All Banked Weeks Banked More Than XX Months

When selected and the Process button clicked, all weeks banked more than the number of months selected are marked as expired (Expired checkbox on Week Maintenance screen is checked).
