Error 51 Accessing the IRM Monitor

Use the following steps for correcting a Basic Error 51 in the IRM monitor.

  1. Stop Internet Information Services by opening the Internet Services Manager, highlighting the computer name, and clicking Action | Restart IIS...
  2. The Stop/Start/Reboot window displays.
  3. Use the drop-down arrow and select the option for "Stop Internet Services on ComputerName".
  4. Open a command prompt.
  5. From the \Inetpub\Wwwroot\IRM\Dlls directory, run "UNREG.BAT".
  6. From the same directory, run "REG.BAT".

Use the following steps for correcting a Basic Error 51 while displaying an IRM availability calendar.

  1. Stop Internet Information Services by opening the Internet Services Manager, highlighting the computer name, and clicking Action | Restart IIS...
  2. The Stop/Start/Reboot window displays.
  3. Use the drop-down arrow and select the option for "Stop Internet Services on ComputerName".
  4. Open a command prompt.
  5. From the \Inetpub\Wwwroot\IRM\Dlls directory, run "UNREGHTML.BAT".
  6. From the same directory, run "REGHTML.BAT".
