Res1.asp does not Display after 
Installing a Security Certificate

When a security certificate is installed, it can be used it secure the complete IRM site, or to secure pages starting with Res1.asp.

To secure pages starting with Res1.asp. select SSL Certificate Installed in the IRM Configuration Options page.  Do not make any additional changes under IIS.

To secure the complete IRM site:

  1. Do not check SSL Certificate Installed on the IRM Configuration Options page.

  2. Open IIS.  Right Click on Default Web Site.

  3. Select Properties | Directory Security | Edit.

  4. Check 'Require Secure Channel (SSL)'.

  5. Click OK | OK.  Close IIS.

If 'Require Secure Channel' is selected in IIS and SSL Certificate Installed is selected in IRM Configuration Options, Res1.asp will not display.
