This error is generated by the Protobase software and may occur if a problem
exists with the file server gateway. The solution to this problem is to
report the above error to SDC support at 1-877-732-1799. SDC should then
install or have a RDP support representative install and unzip the file "FILLGATE.ZIP."
After installing and unzipping this file, the credit card transactions should
process correctly.
